A woman in Florida who works for a security company admired the appearance of the Florida State Troopers color scheme on their Dodge Chargers. She admired it so much that she had her Charger wrapped to look just like it and added a light bar.
Two state troopers saw the vehicle traveling the opposite direction of them and noticed that the vehicle was painted in the same scheme, but that the decals were not correct. The decals were for “FSO Guard” with a badge to make it look like a police shield.
The Hollywood woman told police that it is how she purchased the vehicle at a car auction. The troopers informed her that FHP doesn’t sell it’s vehicles with their color scheme. She admitted that she had the vehicle wrapped in black and tan because she liked the color scheme.
