OTTAWA – Conditions will be favorable for wildfires across the Midwest today. The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning until 7 PM tonight. They say the low relative humidity, combined with strong winds could lead to out of control fires. People should refrain from any outdoor burning.
