Two charged after March shooting in Seneca

 
SENECA – Two individuals are facing charges after a firearm incident in a bar in Seneca last month. The Seneca Police Department say two people were injured on March 25th after a gun discharged at a business in the 300 block of North Main Street. After an investigation, 47-year-old Malinda Missel of Marseilles was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and 57-year-old Russell Mondy of Seneca was charged with carrying a concealed carry firearm in a prohibited area.
