OTTAWA – An Ottawa man has been identified as the individual found on Ottawa’s River Walk on Wednesday. According to LaSalle County Coroner Richard Ploch, 56-year-old David L. Ebert was recovered on the River Walk south of the Main Street Bridge in Ottawa. Autopsy results are pending and the incident is under further investigation by the LaSalle County Coroner’s Office and the Ottawa Police Department.
