OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department reported that 23 additional individuals have recovered from COVID-19 in the area. There have now been 1,090 total recovered cases in the county, leaving only 575 active cases. The health department also recorded 15 additional cases, individuals ranging in age from their teens to their 70s. This is the highest daily case count reported since the 12th of August. Statewide, Illinois saw 2,257 new cases with 30 additional deaths.
