OGLESBY – Illinois Valley Community College’s Jacobs Library is hosting a memorial dedication for Joanne Jalley at noon Tuesday, Sept. 18. Jalley, a library technical assistant, worked at IVCC for 20 years. She died Oct. 31, 2015.
